Werk Standby is een familiebedrijf, waarin drie generaties zich inzetten voor écht flexibel werken. Onder de naam InDat maakte Werk Standby in 1984 voor data entry-projecten voor het eerst gebruik van vrije werkers. Sinds 2015 is Werk Standby een sociale onderneming en is deze vorm van flexwerken voor alle bedrijven toegankelijk.

In ons netwerk hebben we ook verschillende samenwerkingspartners, met wie we ons inzetten voor het opdoen van werkervaring, het vergroten van economische zekerheid en het maken van nieuwe verbindingen.

Sociale onderneming

De visie van Werk Standby is: ‘Er is werk op maat, voor iedereen’. Wij willen positieve sociaal-maatschappelijke impact hebben door mensen die flexibel met elkaar aan de slag willen zo goed mogelijk te verbinden.

Daarom matchen wij werkaanbod met de wensen en mogelijkheden van vrije werkers. Het opbouwen van werkpatronen die horen bij een vaste baan juichen we daarbij toe.

Bovendien gaat 80% van de winst van Werk Standby naar STICHTING STANDBY FONDS. Het Standby Fonds (ANBI-status) zet zich in om mensen economisch zelfstandig te maken door arbeidsparticipatie.
